I’ve been doing a little bit of yoga in the last year since hurting my shoulder. I have found it to be a very good way to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength. I get a lot of catalogs for women’s sport apparel, and in a recent e-mail from one of the companies, I saw this article on “Stand Up Paddle Yoga”. It’s pretty interesting and I think it might grab the attention of a lot of paddlers, even if they aren’t particularly interested in the SUP (stand up paddleboard) craze. I’m thinking I may want to get a stand up paddle board for yoga practice.
